Filmed entirely in north Somerset near Wedmore and Cheddar. Once a traditional farming area, working farms are now few and far between.  For filming, Walnut Tree Farm, Blackmore, was the Tucker’s High Moor Farm exteriors, and Yew Tree Farm, Theale, provided the interiors.

The film was edited and sound mixed at Pinewood Studios.
